How are you? It's very common sentence in English language. But it's actually informal sentence. Different times use you different format of 'How are you?'

  1. How are you doing?
  2. How do you do?
  3. How have you been?
  4. What's up? 
  5. How is going?

Answer this question 
  1. Fine.
  2. Very well.
  3. Fine and you?
  4.  I am doing well. 
  5. Fine, thanks.
  6. I am doing very well.
This VS These
  1. This is used for singular noun/One thing. This book is interesting. 
  2. These is used for plural noun/more than one thing. These books are interesting.  
User of IN
  1. Enclosed Surface:  Inside an area which is surrounded by walls/blocks(3D) on all four sides. Ex. The keys are in my bag.
  2. Location/Place: Inside a space, location of area, or container. Ex. He lives in New York City.
  3. Time: Long period (part of a day, months, years, centuries, or seasons) of time. Ex. The event is held in the evening.
  4.  Countries, Cities, and Neighborhoods: Locations within a larger area. Ex. They live in the suburbs.
  5. Mode of transportation: I will travel in a plane.
  6. Mood of state or condition: The house is in good condition. 
  7. With Specific Activities, Fields, Industries or Contexts: Specific areas of work or study. Ex. They are interested in science.
  8. PhrasesUsed in some phase. Ex. In a nutshell.
